The RICS Building Survey is the most detailed and comprehensive survey that I offer and is typically requested by people moving on to their “dream home” where they are intending to stay for many years or  by people buying very old or unusual properties, dilapidated properties or those that have been significantly altered.

This is because, in addition to providing a detailed commentary on the condition and construction methodology of the property it aims to give a picture of how the main elements might be expected to perform in the future.  It also provides useful advice on energy conservation and ventilation which could impact on running costs and enjoyment of the property going-forward.

The service can also be customised to provide advice on proposed alterations and improvements which the Client may be planning.
