The majority of my Clients require the RICS HomeBuyer Survey. This is because it is an economical service highlighting matters which I consider to be URGENT or SERIOUS. It is a standard format which I carry out under licence from the RICS. It is suitable for most residential properties in this area.

My inspection is detailed, taking typically around 2 hours – so nothing should be missed.

My report is CLEAR and CONCISE, telling you my opinion of the true condition. It provides a coherent “plan of action” for you and your Solicitor to follow to achieve a smooth completion of the sale.

Please note that the standard HomeBuyer Survey Service does NOT include a Valuation or Buildings Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessment but these can be provided in The RICS HomeBuyer Survey & Valuation Service for an additional fee.
