My fees are flexible depending upon the location and value of the property. VAT is Not Applicable so the fee quoted is all you pay. Typical fees ranges are:

• HomeBuyer Survey £400 to £600

• Full Building Surveys £600 to £1500

• House/Flat Valuations £275 to £400

Fee include discussing the report after you have received it.
